These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding electronic agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable Indian laws. By accessing or using the Platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms.
LaginManager.com operates strictly as a neutral technology intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The Company does not initiate transactions, negotiate terms, or control service execution.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture. Vendors operate independently and solely at their own commercial risk.
Users must be 18 years or older. Vendors must maintain valid statutory registrations including GST and licenses as required by law.
Users and Vendors must provide accurate information and are solely responsible for safeguarding account credentials.
All listings, pricing, and claims are provided by Vendors. The Company does not verify accuracy or guarantee outcomes.
The Company shall not be liable for fraud, breach of contract, or negligence by Vendors. Users engage Vendors at their own risk.
When a User submits an enquiry, details are shared with Vendors who then become independent data fiduciaries.
The Platform does not act as escrow or guarantor. Company is not responsible for advance payments or refund disputes.
Services are provided “AS IS”. Company makes no representation regarding service quality or timelines.
Company is not liable for losses from hacking or data breaches beyond reasonable control if statutory safeguards were maintained.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹25,000 or Fees paid in the preceding 3 months, whichever is lower.
Company may remove unlawful content upon receiving actual knowledge via court order or government notice.
All Platform content, UI/UX, and code are proprietary. Automated data extraction is strictly prohibited.
Users grant a worldwide license to host and display uploaded content for platform operation and marketing.
Fraud, scams, harassment, and system intrusion are strictly prohibited and lead to legal proceedings.
Users and Vendors agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from their misconduct or statutory violations.
Company is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including pandemics or infrastructure collapse.
Company may suspend accounts for legal violations or platform abuse at its sole discretion.
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023.
Users waive the right to participate in class proceedings; all disputes must be pursued individually.
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Maharashtra, India. Language: English.
These Terms are governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Maharashtra courts.
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
Company may assign rights to affiliates; Users require written permission to assign rights.
Users consent to receive all legal notices and communications electronically.
Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

Platform operates as a marketplace. Vendor is solely responsible for service deficiency, defective goods, or misrepresentation. Company aggregate liability remains subject to Clause 12.
